Scheduler Highlight Order issue with Hidden Programming

When adding "hidden" panel programming (and other? programming) blocks to the schedule, the feature that highlights in yellow which person is scheduled over the block does not appear to work. This is possibly a z-order type issue with the formatting for the highlight.

If this can be addressed quickly it would be a big help with scheduling guest related activities now.
