Upgrade to 3.4

A Upgrade to 3.4 would be nice. On 3.4 it's possible to send the Joystick Keyset's with the arguments while load the files.

This repo has not been updated in nine years. It's excellent, I especially love the URI scheme but it could need new features and updates.
