QueryTimeout parameter not taken into considetation

Hello,
Our tSQLt task is failing with Connection timeout because we were using the S0 tier. So we thought of increase connection timeout by change the property 'SQL Connection Timeout'. But apparently it is not taken into consideration. But, by adding the connection timeout in the connectionstring does the trick. Given below sample yaml snippet.

Can you please confirm if that is the case? or missing something.
