Are there any open-source datasets available that are similar to the one you used?

Thank you for your outstanding work and valuable contribution! I have a quick question: Are there any open-source datasets available that are similar to the one you used in your research? Unfortunately, we currently lack suitable data and are actively looking for comparable open-source datasets. It would mean a lot if you could share any suggestions or recommendations.

Hello,
Thank you for your appreciation and interest. Unfortunately, similar datasets with high-resolution (space and time) tracked points are currently limited. The most similar one is CAMUS (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/9713885) but the point tracks are not adequately suitable for point-tracking algorithms like ours because the synthetic motion in it does not correspond to the actual motion. Also, there are other datasets you may take a look at, EchoNet(https://aimi.stanford.edu/datasets/echonet-dynamic-cardiac-ultrasound) and HMC-QU(https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/aysendegerli/hmcqu-dataset).
However, we haven't tested EchoTracker on these datasets due to the above-mentioned reason and the result might be suboptimal out of the box.
