Description
Add an initiative tracker for managing combat encounters. Track turn order, HP, conditions, and round count with a clean UI visible to both DM and players.
Requirements
- Initiative order list with drag-to-reorder
- HP tracking with damage/healing input
- Condition tracking (stunned, poisoned, etc.)
- Round counter
- Player-visible initiative display (names and order, not HP)
- Quick-add creatures from encounter data
Acceptance Criteria
- DM can manage initiative order during encounters
- HP and conditions are tracked per combatant
- Players see turn order on their view
- Integrates with existing encounter data
