Render markdown in terminal output.
Requirements
- Render headings, lists, emphasis
- Render code blocks with highlighting
- Handle links appropriately
- Wrap text properly
Acceptance Criteria
- Markdown is rendered nicely
- Code blocks are highlighted
- Text wraps correctly
- Links are visible/clickable
