Dont work LA-ICQ on i9 13900HK with Intel Iris XE

Hello, please why dont work LA-ICQ on i9 13900HK with Intel Iris XE? Everytime rolling back to ICQ. Why please? All drivers are current.

With any setting With all encoder settings, it always tells me: LA-ICQ (Intelligent Const. Quality with Lookahead) mode is not supported on current platform.
Falling back to ICQ (Intelligent Const. Quality) mode.
But this GPU support LA-ICQ.

LA-ICQ is limited to H.264. For HEVC and AV1, ICQ fallback is correct behavior.
