Error blitter 98% qsvencc & video or [unknown] 0% no convert #245

Hello,
I forgot to mention this problem, sometimes when converting a file, the process will no longer progress in the conversion.
Qsvencc will still be active, but the task will no longer progress or extremely slowly for no reason.
intel_gpu_top will display this:

v7.79 same on v7.84
I thought for a moment that the error occurred when the disk was full during conversion, but that doesn't seem to be the source of the problem.
Edit: The problem occurs mainly when I run tasks in parallel. I have a script that converts files and it creates containers based on a qsvencc image I built. It can run a maximum of 2 instances in parallel.
Edit2: I'm not sure where it came from after all, the problem stopped after I restarted the nas, but it may come back.
I have to kill the processes to unblock the situation.
