Hi there,
thanks to this reply by @djie1 to my request, I've just discovered that Intel offers iVSR: you can check which Super Resolution models are (actually) supported here.
It would extremely cool to have a "plugin" couterpart (as they already have for FFMPEG) for QSVEnc too !
