Howto compile NVEncc under Linux with vmaf Support (like in Windows)?

I try to compile nvencc under archlinux with vmaf support.
vmaf (libvmaf) is installed and found in filesystem, configure found it, but when compiled, the finished Programm says

vmaf: no

so, how could nvencc build under Linux with integrated vmaf support like windows???

Currently vmaf cannot be integrate on Linux. I'll try making it possible to be built with libvmaf on Linux, but might take a while.

NVEnc 9.14 adds --vmaf support for Linux, it should be able to be able to integrate libvmaf when it is installed on the system.
