Make Qualtrics links more user friendly

We have three links to Qualtrics for the GT project. Right now they are not very pretty. We could make them look nicer - like https://gt-staging.riffplatform.com/signin

no idea what finish baseline means so I did nothing for that.
I made it so that /register went to the qualtrics registration page and /login goes to the signin page
eg gt-staging.riffplatform.com/register and gt-staging.riffplatform/login
