Add linting step to project

The riff-rtc project's code does not currently incorporate a lint step.
Linting can help maintain a consistent style as well as catch errors before they are deployed.

Possible Solution

I'd suggest using eslint and starting w/ the eslint configuration now defined in the riff-server project.
