Can not run sample App in VS2019

Hello,

I am novice and I am learning to do MasterDetail navigation. I figured I would learn from official sample app but when I open official solution in VS2019 i get following errors

Project FreshMvvmApp is not compatible with uap10.0.16299 (UAP,Version=v10.0.16299). Project FreshMvvmApp supports: netstandard2.1 (.NETStandard,Version=v2.1) FreshMvvmApp.UWP

Is there any option to open official sample solution and learn from it?
