Can !pmic.isPowerGood() requirement be removed from battery check? #5

Description

@damonmaria

I've had a Particle Electron in the field die on me. It was using this library's battery check but went all the way down to 0.3% SoC. Given the logic I presume this was because pmic.isPowerGood() was true because of the attached solar panels (the only power source)?

What is the purpose of the !pmic.isPowerGood() check? Could it be removed as it totally failed me in what I would think is a pretty standard setup (solar charging).
