Missing lusb-1.0 on Ubuntu

I attempted `make` and got back an error saying I was missing lusb-1.0. A quick search brought me to [here](https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=1166775&sid=741c82b486700efd486ff389748c5368#p1166775). I installed the recommended deps and was able to successfully build the binary.

Deps installed:

- librtlsdr
- libusb
- libpthread
