Cannot recognize FT232H

I wanted to change EEPROM of FT232H on Besttechnology DXHUB.
However, ftx_prog cannot recognize it:

$ sudo ./ftx_prog --dump

1. I did not notice this issue and tried to write new serial by sudo ./ftx_prog --old-serial-number "E148" --new-serial-number "E149".
2. Then the communication via DXHUB came to fail.
3. I checked the IC information from FT_prog (https://ftdichip.com/utilities/), and noticed that the IC information was incorrect.
4. I fixed IC information by copying the whole information from another DXHUB.
