Workers that lose connection during an active measurement, then reconnect whilst that same measurement is still active.. should:
- re-join the measurement (opening the required listeners)
- participate in sending after reconnect (continuing from current hitlist distribution)
- such disconnect and reconnect cases should be printed to the CLI
the Dockerfile and README should provide instructions for running the worker with reconnect (e.g., Restart=on-failure)
