GEOS 2.0: desktop clock is wrong for the first few moments after cold boot

When cold booting, the clock on the desktop shows the correct date, but a time of 01:00 PM, for the first few moments after boot (maybe until the clock gets updated in the ISR?). It's just a cosmetic thing, but it'd be nice to fix it if possible.
