Not working correctly

I have built this circuit twice now , tried over 5 different sd cards , different keyboards and mice. Last time I got the main screen up and mouse movement. Anything I try to run just locks it up or reboots. I have psram on the rp2350b. Is there a problem with the uf2 file? I would really like to run this system , it looks great in your pictures.
