IETF state tree: Handling of groupings #4
Description
Currently, the generated -state tree just reuses the groupings with the assumption that they don't need to contain any config.
This could potentially be enhanced to check whether the imported groupings contain any config true elements, and if so directly expand the grouping instead of referencing it.
