Support for special characters #69
Description
If folders contain special characters like "ä", "ö", "ü", larch will create a folder on the new system with the umlaut being replaced by "&something-" (where something is some string). However, emails will not be copied to the new folder.
So there are 2 issues here: The name is incorrect, no messages copied. (Only to this folder, though)
