Iteration 1 changes:
- Flipping the stl in slic3r mirrored it. Do the flipping in OpenSCAD.
*2) Vent slots need to be re-thought to be easier to print cleanly
*3) HDMI hole needs to be slightly longer
*4) Round audio hole was not bridged at top - maybe leave open for easier installation ?
*5) Ethernet hole moved down slightly, bigger
*6) USB hole 2.5 mm longer in the direction of the ethernet
*7) Camera holder slightly larger in width, lens hole slightly wider
*8) Interior main hole slightly wider
*9) USB power hole lower and taller

Connecting tabs interfere - only at corners ? (fixed by not mirroring)
