expanded /bridgecfg DM command #9
Description
user management, specifically:
- bridge ignoring users by ID
- forcibly disabling PMs (a la /stop) for another user
- bridge ignoring group chats by ID
also, maybe fixing/replacing the library and implementing clean exits so we can have the bridge disconnect its client and restart independently?
ensuring this entire command is keyed to the 'bridge owners' list in the secrets configuration
