WotLK Paladin: remove Exorcism highlight on target type

WotLK changed Paladin's Exorcism to be usable on any target but added a cast time. Therefore Exorcism is not used in rotation as Protection at all, and only used as Retribution when The Art of War procs.

The highlighting for undead/demon targets should be removed.
