Upgrade for SBT 1.0 and Play 2.6

In order to use this plugin in Play 2.6 and SBT 1.0, it needs to be upgraded.
see: playframework/playframework#7045 and playframework/playframework#7261

Thanks for the PR. Looks like the PR is merged. Was there a release of the new version? I tried to use it, Sbt could not find a repository where this is available.
