I'm trying to install regenie on an existing conda environment, but the process hangs indefinetly on the "solving environment" step (even on a clean environment).
I've used "conda create -n regenieEnv -c conda-forge -c bioconda regenie" sucessfully as a workaround and installed the remaining packages (plink2, bwa-mem2, bcftools, samtools and bedtools).
