Hello,

Thank you so much for putting this code together! I had been trying to find a python implementation of the pupillometry preprocessing of https://github.com/ElioS-S/pupil-size. I was wondering if this was finished up code, and whether I could ask you to clarify what parameters you're using in pupil_filter.py.

Hi and thanks for the ping, @sappelhoff.

I would probably advise against using this code for your work as-is, mainly because I am not sure how the implementation differs from what's implemented in ElioS-S/pupil-size.
I've been wanting to test and compare, I'll let you know once I have results.
It's a pity that these great tools can currently only be accessed if you're able and willing to go through Matlab. I had started putting together a one-to-one translation elsewhere, if you're interested I could see what I can dig up.

Thanks for the reply and the note of caution. I am sure people would benefit from your work, so putting the one-to-one translation up would be a great thing.
