sup2disk timestamps are wrong

The timestamps produced by sup2dsk are incorrect, the values are too low (all the resulting subtitles had timestamps within the first couple of minutes of the video). When I use ffmpeg to extract the .sup file from the same video file I get correct values.

The video file was large so not practical to attach it to this issue but if you contact me I can share a link to an example. I dont think it's confined to a single video file though I tried multiple files and they all had the same issue

Can confirm this bug. All subtitles are displayed within the first minute of the movie.
