scopr cannot be installed in Rstudio(windows)

HI,
I recently installed R and Rstudio on windows and installed the packages that rethomics relies on, but scopr was unable to install. my console are shown below:

I open Rstudio as admin and install Rtools43 and git for windows
then i devtools::install_github("rethomics/scopr")
my console are shown below:

after messing around, I just used the following and it worked:

library(devtools)
install_github("rethomics/scopr")

I also use the same code as yours to install, the reason for failure is because of poor network, after several attempts to install successfully!
