ResBaz Arizona 2025 festival format

Hello ResBaz community,

Festival volunteers (@zoidy, @brandon-jernigan, @rbartelme, and @hidyverse ) have decided on a potential format for this year's event - yay! Due to a low organizer turnout (and the overall exhaustion of living in the USA in 2025), we are proposing a "ResBaz Lite" event with a paired down schedule and organizer commitment.

In the name of transparency, this poll is your opportunity to provide input on the 2025 ResBaz AZ festival. Discussion is encouraged. Need a refresher on un-conference events?

Because we need to agree on conference formatting before most planning tasks can be accomplished, please provide all input on this matter by morning on Monday Mar 3.

ResBaz Festival 2025:
1 Day, all un-conference style events  
Thursday May 29th
at Main Library at the University of Arizona
at least 1 hybrid event during the day

We will make little effort to include multiple sites

I liked the space we were in last year and I liked the unconference style, so this works for me.

While I would love more days, I think this is what the community needs right now.

While I selfishly wish that June would be the month of the unconference, I understand if the community wants to stick with May.
