I wanted to look at the mappings and selected the "wrong" reference file NC_045512.2.fasta from the /data/reference_nCov19/ folder.
Describe the solution you'd like
Change the files in /data/reference_nCov19/ to MN908947.3 id files.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Add a readme to /data/reference_nCov19/ and state that these files are not used and where to find the matching reference.
Additional context
The id or a files containing the id NC_045512.2.fasta are never used in the workflow.
