Topological weighting in pruning #13
Description
As indicated in #12 the pruning can be done once we have proper feature engineering by taking a quantile of the cheapest channels. However I guess the pruning should respect the topological distance of channels from the payment pair. Even if a channel is cheap it may not be used if it is too far away from both sender and recipient of the payment.
