compatibility with Znuny 7.1.X #20

hello,
is it possible to upgrade to make it compatible with znuny 7.1.x? i am currently using MultiSMTP 6.3.4 with znuny 7.0.17, and i cannot upgrade to version 7.1.3 due to plugin incompatibility.
