'PhoneGapCommand.h' file not found error

I am using the latest version of phonegap 2.2.0 , when running it is showing he error 'PhoneGapCommand.h' file not found. What may be the reason ?

Probably because this isn't compatible anymore - but since iOS4 comes with native support for WebSockets, this plugin is also redundant.

what do you mean ? That we can use websockets directly now ? if we have iOS4+ ?
