Remember sort settings

Right now changing sorting doesn't persist after closing the website.
Deluge remember the sort setting by default, storm should also be able to remember this and filter.

This is my one peeve with this tool at the moment. It would even be OK if the sort was sensical, but there just isn't any, and new entries aren't added to the top of the list.
