Update structure and documentation

It needs to copy the structure from metanorma.org and update documentations using the latest relaton's READMEs

@ronaldtse I think we could compile the documentation from the READMEs. I.e. the relaton.org builder can fetch READMEs from all relaton gems and compile pages from them. So we have to update the documentation only in one place.
What do you think?

The site structure is documented at https://github.com/riboseinc/jekyll-theme-open-project . Other than that you can see how the metanorma.org site works.
