Limit pastes to 200 characters #38

Sure it is cool to limit pastes but what if I need to copy and paste an entire file into my editor from somewhere else. It is pretty annoying to all of a sudden have 15000 characters of ruby entered when I just moved the file from a Workato connector into my editor so I could look at some things.
I think limiting to 200 characters is reasonable. I don't think this extension matters that much it is just for fun.
