Explore binwalk v3 integration

• Is binwalk v3 better than v2 at extracting files? Or is it just an initial work in progress with a better design?
• Should we support v2 and v3 or just v3?
• Do we need to / how can we customize v3 to preserve symlink and permissions?

This issue isn't necessarily to do the integration, moreso to make a plan.
