Dunst not starting up automatically

If I follow the instructions to replace the notification system with Dunst, then it looks like Dunst is not started up automatically.

To fix this, I ended up setting `i3-wm.program.1: /usr/bin/dunst` in my `~/.config/regolith/Xresources`
