Selecting cells in table with scrollbar doesn't auto-scroll to selection

If you are viewing a table that is too wide for the parent, and a horizontal scrollbar is shown,
it is not possible to select cells that start on the current screen, and end off to the right.

For example, it is not possible to start a selection at enroute_datetime and and it five columns to the right
because as you move the mouse, the view does not scroll with it.
