Not IPv6 capable #3
Description

PHP-FPM CRITICAL - 500 Can't connect to webserver:80 (Connection refused)
Same result if you put "use Net::INET6Glue::INET_is_INET6;" into it.
The bug is sadly probably out of your control, because it's actually in LWP::UserAgent;
Using "use LWP::Simple;" and do a "get('$url');" would work, but that doesn't give us the http status codes...
