Issue with the Chat Reply keybinding and WIM popups

You have to press your Chat Reply keybinding twice to reply to a WIM popup message for some reason (if the WIM window isn't in focus). While in vanilla you only need to press the Chat Reply keybinding once in order to reply to a whisper.
