Setup issues

I noticed these while re-testing on Windows:

• ANSI color formatting is broken in Powershell, and should probably be disabled there(?)
• Hosts file is unfortunately required for Astra to function too, so I need to modify the documentation for that.

As explored in the dev chat, for the Linux version the LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set and this isn't clear in the instructions. It should be handled by kawari-run automatically.
