Property expression completions delete content

Given the following properties file:

```properties
hjkl = 1234
asdf = ${|}
```

1. Open completion at `|`
2. Accept the `${hjkl}` suggestion

**EXPECTED**: `asdf = ${hjkl|}`

**ACTUAL**: `asdf = |` (content is deleted)
