Quay access audit

To make sure only those people who are part of this Org (which implies you are a RH'er) have access to Quay, I've done a quick audit of the Quay users @ https://github.com/redhat-cop/org/blob/main/ansible/inventory/group_vars/all.yml

Though simple guessing, I think the below GH ID -> Quay ID is correct:

• @sabre1041 -> quay.io/user/ablock
• @cgruver -> quay.io/user/cgruver
• @etsauer -> quay.io/user/etsauer
• @fridim -> quay.io/user/fridim
• @oybed -> quay.io/user/obedin
• @tonykay -> quay.io/user/tonykay

But to make sure that's true if you can link your Quay user to LDAP via the below, that would be very helpful:

My Quay.io user is cgruver0. The cgruver id was mine, but from many years ago.
