URGENT:1.55 ETH DEPOSIT STUCK IN REDDIO STAGING BRIDGE No responce from 9 days

Dear Reddio Team,

I deposited 1.55 ETH into the Reddio Staging Bridge on June 13, 2025, and the transaction succeeded on Ethereum Mainnet. However, the ETH never appeared in my Reddio staging account.

• Raised a support ticket in your Discord
• Contacted admins directly
• Sent multiple emails to help@reddio.com (no response)

It has been 9 days and no one has resolved the issue or responded.

Please assist in either:

• Returning the ETH

If no action is taken within 48 hours, I will escalate this via public forums, social media, and relevant Web3 safety channels.
