response factory? #42
Description
Add some factory-like way to create responses for use in testing. This came up where we were testing an error scenario on something that didn't deal with and-son directly but did deal with it's responses.
(note: you could argue this isn't needed b/c if you are dealing directly with and-son you can use the existing test helpers and if you aren't, you shouldn't be leaking and-son through the abstraction)
