BLE Nano v2 not re-pairing with Android

I have an Android application that connects and pairs with a BLE Nano v2, communicates with it, and disconnects.
However, after they unpair, i cannot pair them again. The android app connects with it, but then it tries to pair (unsuccessfully) until it times out.

This only started happening last week. Before that, i could pair and unpair whenever i wanted.
Does anybody else is facing this problem?
