🐛 [Bug report]: Testimonials Carousel Not Working - Swipe Navigation Stuck on Mobile

Descrcibe the bug?

The testimonials carousel in the "What Our Community Says!" section is stuck and not scrolling/swiping properly. When attempting to swipe left or right on the testimonial cards, the carousel does not transition to show other testimonials. The same two testimonial cards remain visible regardless of swipe gestures, even though the navigation dots below indicate there are 9 testimonials available (shown by the 9 dots at the bottom). This makes it impossible to view testimonials beyond the first two cards.

Steps to reproduce the bug?

1. Go to the website homepage on mobile device
2. Scroll down to the "What Our Community Says!" section
3. Try to swipe left on the testimonial cards
4. Try to swipe right on the testimonial cards
5. Observe that the carousel does not move/scroll
6. Notice the same two cards (HACK-R-PLAY 2.0 and FATEH BEDI) remain stuck on screen
7. The navigation dots show 9 available slides but swiping doesn't work

Expected behavior

The testimonials carousel should respond to swipe gestures and smoothly transition between different testimonial cards. When users swipe left, it should show the next testimonial. When users swipe right, it should show the previous testimonial. The active dot indicator should update to reflect which testimonial is currently being viewed. Users should be able to browse through all 9 testimonials indicated by the navigation dots.
