Docker based worflow and `npm link`

Generally we support and encourage Docker first based workflow.

However there might be a problem with using `npm link` when running RUI and consumer application (APP) inside docker containers.

We need tom look into it and update docs https://react-ui.io/docs/contribute/general-guidelines/#package-linking accordingly.
